"I’ve been meaning to send you a note to thank you and your guys for all of the hard work that was done in installing our air handler and HRV’s.

It is always a pleasure speaking with you and we appreciated you coming out to look at our situation with the two basements and figuring out a solution to make the installation work for what we needed.

Over the three full days your guys were here working, I couldn’t help but notice how each of them work well individually and as a team.  They have a good work ethic and integrity.  There wasn’t any inappropriate language used and they all spoke highly of you and your company.  They were respectful of our home and to us.  I was specifically impressed with the leadership skills and respect toward others that Derek showed!  He took my 14 year old son under his wing and kept him busy helping out.  Derek will never know how much of an impact that has had on our son who has struggled with brain damage/learning difficulty from his epilepsy his whole life.  Derek believed in him, accepted him and built his confidence.  Thank you!!  Our son is still talking about how much he enjoyed working with your guys and dreams of working for you someday!  Haha
